Is the ability of companies and organizations to maintain positive encouragement of its employees in relation to all their activities to carry out the objects of the same, that is, in relation to work.
It is the success of any enterprise make your employees feel that its objectives are aligned with their own personal goals, able to meet your needs and fulfill your expectations. However it should be understood that the concept of motivation varies according to the individual and social and cultural factors.
So, there are many techniques to promote work motivation, but must be observed factors such as age, idiosyncrasies, social and cultural level of the individual to identify what are the most effective according to the particular case.
Data show more than 80% of workers are not happy at work and almost half of the companies, 46%, do nothing to improve the situation of its employees despite the many studies that support the clear link between labor welfare and professional rendiento. Moreover, the chances of suffering psychosomatic enfermendades as a result of negative emotions and stress, increases exponentially when the work environment is inadequate.
Labor welfare is closely related to productivity at work.
