In Walmart when one person begins his employment the company give a paper that specifically tells their duties is the contract to the store. At the moment is signed that document it became a legal paper which can not be altered or manipulated in any form. The duties are detailed in steps but the soncalled “leaders” impose extra duties that this represents work that in some cases the need for various associates are need and they give them to only one; as well as the associated third shift is imposed on other tasks that are not detailed in this paper; it occurs on the three shifts, cashiers, department managers, all associates as such.
So, yes, is been manipulate, the sooner called “leaders” often impose extra duties without any concern of health the associate may have. That series of tasks often demand a higher payment to do it.
Many of these “leaders” have some authority to make some practical regardless of the consequences that can lead this, as stated, and I quote, “you work at Walmart, and you have to do whatever you need for.”
Tremendous leadership, we thank.
